The "Società Cooperativa di Navigazione G. Giulietti" born on 2003 for initiative of a group of partner/employee of the historical "Società Cooperativa di Navigazione Garibaldi" (constituted on 1918 by capt. Giuseppe Giulietti).

The actual management, inspiring to the managerial philosophy of the historical founder, follow the objective of a direct involvement of the partners that, in quality also of employee, are also the principal managerial positions inside the Society and of his Board of Directors.

The Cooperativa Giulietti, at the moment of his constitution, has purchased from the Cooperativa Garibaldi the M/t "Messana", continuing the affreightment "time charter" for Polimeri Europa, Eni Group, started on 1995 and continued during years, under managerial profile, by the same shore and on board personnel.

In about three years, the Cooperative Giulietti has assumed an important position as Navigation Society, increasing his own activity through the technical management of ships "General Cargo", and also strengthening his own presence in the sector of the tanker with the acquisition, in the first months of 2007, of two gas carrier ships, the M/t "Azzurra" and the M/t "Fiemme", also them employees "time charter" by primary charterers.

The three ships, ownership of the Cooperative Giulietti, Italian flag, are registered in the International Register and their exercise is entrusted to the management directed exclusively by the Society.

The Cooperative Giulietti, strong in the decennial experience that his own staff has matured during the years in the management of different typologies of ships (bulk carriers, supply vessel and, particularly, tankers), also in the management of the crew personnel (crewing, salary and contributions management, etc.), it sets today on the market as a polyvalent partner able to offer diversified services to his clients that, besides, include: management of all the technical/operational activities of the ships, as technical management, crews, compile ISM manuals and ISPS plans either for ships and for port fittings (with relative personnel instruction); the activities foreseen by the Italian D. lgs. 271/99 (comprehensive of the personnel's instruction, medical visits of the crew members and the ships technical/medical inspections); realization of technical drawings also with aid of computer supports and technical consultations of every type in maritime field.
